Since april 2008, CiaoTech is part of the PNO Group, the largest European oganisations specialised in Grants Consulting and Technology Transfer. CiaoTech is managd by a Board of Director, with a CEO appointed by the Board of Director:
Mr. Paolo Salvatore

Mr.
Paolo Salvatore completed his Electronic Engineering Master Degree at
the University of "La Sapienza" (Rome-Italy). He started his
professional experience working for two years as system engineer at the
Italian company "Teknesis", with major experiences in Unix system
management, Oracle Database and Object Oriented programming languages.
In 1997, Mr. Salvatore started his activities of technology transfer,
collaborating with an Italian consulting company. His activities was focused
on planning and developing international innovation projects, especially
targeted to Small and Medium Enterprises, raising more than $2 Million
in public grants for Research and Development in 2 years of activity.
In the early 2000, Mr. Salvatore moved to California where he set up ICG,
the US branch of an Italian consulting company, specialized in business
development activities, working with several incubators in California
and assisting US enterprises in their International Business Development
activities. In November 2001 Mr. Salvatore moved back to Italy where he
started his activity with CiaoTech, as Managing Director. Mr. Salvatore
is also in the Board of Directors of Wireless Application Italia, start
up in the field of wireless application, funded by the Public Investment
fund "Fincalabra".
